1987 - Company founded in 1,000 square foot facility in Versailles, Indiana and incorporated on December 16, 1987.
1988 - Company moved into 2,000 square foot located at 508 Hoosier Street, North Vernon, Indiana and began working with Cummins Engine Company.
1989 - Company developed steel rule die re-knifing process for polyfilm cutting.
1991 - Expanded to 4,000 square foot facility at 508 Hoosier Street, North Vernon, Indiana. Started building special machines from Customer supplied designs.
1992 - Developed mold guide process.
1993 - Began producing stamping die replacement tooling.
1994 - Company relocated to 10,000 square foot facility located at 508 Fifth Street, North Vernon, Indiana.
1995 - Began working with gauging repair and development.
1996 - Began designing and building specialty machines.
1997 - Acquired land for future Industrial Expansions.
1998 - Began development of Montrow Industrial Park and 15,000 square foot building for Montrow Tool & Machine, Inc.
1999 - Registered Apprenticeship Program with Department of Labor. Relocated to Montrow Industrial Park in new facility.
2000 - Montrow Tool & Machine, Inc. started spin-off company; Parkway Manufacturing, Inc. incorporated July 12, 2001.
Industrial Interest, Inc. was formed to handle Montrow Industrial Park development; incorporated on June 8, 2001.
2004 - Joint venture with Chiyoda Kougyou Company., Ltd (located in Nagoya, Japan). New company formed Chiyoda Montrow Die Manufacturing, Inc. (CMD) incorporated March 18, 2004. CMD will produce stamping dies and stamping die maintenance.
2006 - Development and implementation of the Montrow Group website introduction September 2006.
